Dear Families, Friends, and Supporters,

I am thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a bold new chapter in our journey. After months of thoughtful reflection, listening and collaboration, we are proud to unveil our organization’s new name, visual identity, and mission. This rebranding is more than a fresh look—it’s a renewed commitment to the people we serve and the values that guide us.

Our new name, EVERY TREE, reflects the strength, dignity, and potential of people with disabilities and their families. It honors our history while embracing a future of innovation and empowerment. Our new identity reflects our view that each tree in a forest has its own story, role, and value and it is the uniqueness of every tree that makes the forest complete.

Our updated mission:

“Every Tree provides safe and supported experiences for people with developmental and related disabilities. We are content experts and professionals that specialize in providing high needs support to individuals and their families.

We specialize in collaborating with families that require skill building and support to be able to access the larger community due to cognitive, behavioral, communication and/or mobility challenges.”

This mission reflects our expanded vision: not just to serve, but to lead systemic change. We are deepening our focus on an underserved population that requires a higher level of support and expertise. Through skill building, supported experiences and our expertise we plan to become a pacesetter in this field. While our name and mission are evolving, our core values remain unchanged. We are still the same passionate team, driven by respect, compassion, and a belief in the power of community. What’s changing is how we tell our story, how we engage with partners, and how we build a future… together.

With gratitude and excitement,

Jen Lambert
