We are thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a bold new chapter in the Camp Puzzle Peace journey. After months of thoughtful reflection, listening and collaboration, we are proud to unveil our organization’s new name, visual identity, and mission. This rebranding is more than a fresh look—it’s a renewed commitment to the people we serve and the values that guide us.
Our new name, EVERY TREE, reflects the strength, dignity, and potential of people with disabilities and their families. It honors our history while embracing a future of innovation and empowerment.
Mission
Every Tree provides safe and supported experiences for individuals with developmental and related disabilities. We are content experts and professionals that specialize in the area of providing high needs support to individuals and their families.
We specialize with families that require skill building and support to be able to access the larger community. This may be due to cognitive challenges, behavioral challenges, communication or mobility challenges.

Leadership
Jen Lambert
When not functioning as the President of Camp Puzzle Peace, Jen Lambert works for the Webster Central School District where she has worked as a special education teacher for 30 years. Since co-founding Camp Puzzle Peace, Jen has devoted countless hours developing an organization dedicated to helping children and families facing autism and related disabilities. Jen specializes in children with behavioral need and limited communication, and has worked with a wide range of children on the autism spectrum and their families. She recently earned a certificate from Cornell University in Not For Profit Management and is always looking for more ways to support families.
Jen was a consultant for New York State and The Open Space Institute in the creation of a new Autism Nature Trail, located in Letchworth State Park. She is the Director of Programming for the ANT. Jen continues to work with NYS Parks on other projects to help promote inclusion and accessibility. Her passion for empowering others is evident in her dedication to families in the community.
Jen lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, Simon, and their two dogs, George and Hudson. She is an avid hiker and an Adirondack 46er. Jen loves the outdoors and her cabin in the ADK. In the summer she is hiking and kayaking, and in the winter she is on the slopes. Jen has a passion for skiing and is on the board of The Hunt Hollow Youth Ski Foundation. She also volunteers time teaching adaptive skiing in the winter.
Jamie Nodine
Jamie has a degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Houghton College. She came to work at CPP in 2018 after working with families and agencies in one way or another through the years.
She is married and the proud mom of two boys and a Labrador. Her oldest son has multiple diagnoses so she understands the struggles families go through to find appropriate & accessible activities for their children and families as a whole.
Emily Blazey
Emily attended SUNY Geneseo for a Bachelor's degree in Childhood/Special Education and a Master's degree in Literacy. She has experience working with families at Mary Cariola Center as a teacher's aide and a classroom teacher in their 8:1:4 preschool program. She taught in a 12:1+(3:1) program for students in grades 6-8 within the Penfield Central School District.
Currently, Emily is a special education teacher on the assistive technology team at Monroe One BOCES. Emily provides assistive technology consultation services to students in a variety of settings across the Rochester area. Emily is passionate about taking a strengths based approach. She enjoys learning about programs, equipment, and technology that increase accessibility for all individuals.
Emily joined CPP in 2022 after meeting Jen on the Autism Nature Trail. Emily looks forward to hiking with families at ADK Family Camp and going into the community with students during Community Connections.
In her free time, you can find Emily exploring the Finger Lakes or the Adirondacks or relaxing with a good book.

Rob Balsamo
Rob Balsamo joined Camp Puzzle Peace as a Board Member in 2015. In his role, he is responsible for the overall management and development of revenue generating opportunities for the organization.
Rob brings more than 26 years of experience working in business development in the sports and entertainment industry. He currently serves served as the Head of Business Development for the Rochester Americans.
A native of Webster, NY, Balsamo received his Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport.
He currently resides in Webster with his wife, Ali, and their five sons, Brady, Trevor, Owen, Dylan and Carter.
Todd Liberatore
Todd Liberatore is currently a senior SEC financial analyst at Paychex Inc. and has been with the Paychex since June 2018. Todd has more than 25 years of experience in finance, treasury and corporate accounting.
Prior to joining Paychex, Todd held multiple finance, treasury and accounting positions at Genesee & Wyoming, Inc., a short-line railroad conglomerate.
A certified public accountant (CPA), he earned a bachelor’s degree from the St. John Fisher.
Todd has served as a board member and treasurer since 2022. Todd became involved through his daughter Rylan, who has benefited from the Community Connections summer camp and winter ski program at Hunt Hollow, just a few of the programs offered by Ever Tree. The family also makes an annual pilgrimage to our ADK Camp.
Leslie Vaillancourt
Leslie Vaillancourt serves as Secretary of the Board for Every Tree, bringing both professional leadership and deeply personal experience to the organization’s mission. A mother of three and parent of a son on the autism spectrum, Leslie first connected with Every Tree—formerly Camp Puzzle Peace—twelve years ago, when her youngest son was just two and a half. The programs, community, and support they found through the organization were life-changing, helping her son build meaningful social skills and thrive in ways that once felt out of reach.
Professionally, Leslie is the Presales Director of Professional Services at ePlus, where she partners with organizations to design strategic technology solutions and guide complex transformation initiatives. She brings this same commitment to structure, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving into her board service.
Leslie joined the Every Tree Board two years ago with a desire to give back and support the incredible work that Jen and the entire team continue to lead. Driven by gratitude and a belief in the organization’s impact, she is dedicated to helping Every Tree strengthen its programs, expand its reach, and continue empowering families and individuals across the community.
